A repeatable copy action is most valuable when the source layout is consistent and the result is still verified by a person.

- Use templates for repeated formatting
- Extract only the required substring
8–9. Protect the process
Format identifier columns correctly and group similar records when possible without losing record context.
10. Measure the result
Time a representative batch and count corrections. A workflow that creates cleanup is not faster overall.
